The service felt efficient, and the team handles requests quickly. Check-in and daily support was smooth, and the overall experience was reassuring. Meals were consistently enjoyable. They had good variety and solid quality, whether starting the day or winding down. Staff were warm and respectful, and they cared about guest experience beyond just doing their job. Sunny was consistently polite and attentive.
The corridor had a slight bad smell.

Chef Ashish Kadam and his team provided really good service. The food was a real highlight of my visit. The egg fried rice with schezwan vegetables was particularly nice. The masala dosa with sagu during breakfast was also delicious and comforting.
